Redwood Seating is a family run business of expert craftsmen, working to the highest professional standards.

With over 40 years experience, Rick Maunder has been joined by his two sons, working together in their workshops in Sussex. The team is dedicated to providing high levels of customer service, together with first class quality. Being an independent family firm working from its own premises, a great degree of flexibility and adaptability is available, leading to exceptional service provision and commitment.

Rick and his team of experienced craftsmen have built an enviable reputation over the past 40 years. As specialists in bespoke banquette seating particularly for the leisure industry, all types of projects can be handled – from restaurant or pub refurbishments, to complex, high profile, architect-designed seating areas in airport lounges.

The craftsmen at Redwood Seating have undergone rigorous apprenticeships covering all aspects of upholstery. With valuable experience built up over the years, they are able to work with both traditional and modern materials, and can advise on both the design of seating required, together with the best materials to use.

Operating from fully equipped workshops near East Grinstead in Sussex, contract and commercial projects are handled throughout the South of England and for the specialist jobs – such as airport lounges – the whole of the UK is serviced. The team is fully equipped to work on site whenever and wherever required.
